1. Eligibility:

•The EPG Bottle Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

•Employees of El Perro Grande Tequila, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period:

•The giveaway begins on [Start Date] and ends on [End Date] at 11:59 PM (local time).

3. How to Enter:

•Visit any participating bar or restaurant displaying the EPG QR code sticker.

•Scan the QR code to access the giveaway signup page.

•Complete the signup form with your name, email, and other required information.

•Post a minimum of 2 Instagram stories tagging @epgrandetequila and the bar/restaurant where you scanned the QR code.

•Ensure your Instagram profile is public so that your entries can be verified.

•Multiple entries are allowed. Each unique tag from a different bar or restaurant counts as an additional entry.

4. Entry Requirements:

•Entries must be original and must not violate the rights of any third party.

•Entries that are deemed inappropriate, offensive, or violate Instagram’s community guidelines will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection:

•Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.

•The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Notification:

•Winners will be announced on National Tequila Day, June 24th, via El Perro Grande Tequila’s Instagram page (@epgrandetequila).

•Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize:

•Each winner will receive a bottle of El Perro Grande Tequila.

•Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

•El Perro Grande Tequila reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

8. General Conditions:

•El Perro Grande Tequila reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond El Perro Grande Tequila’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

•El Perro Grande Tequila reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

9. Limitation of Liability:

•By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless El Perro Grande Tequila, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

•The giveaway is governed by and subject to the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

11. Privacy:

•Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of El Perro Grande Tequila. By entering the giveaway, you grant El Perro Grande Tequila permission to use your email address and any other personally identifiable information for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment.
