Signature Cocktails
Big Dog Margarita
- 1 1/2oz. El Perro Grande Blanco Tequila
- 1oz. Cointreau Orange Liquor
- 3/4oz. Fresh Lime Juice
- 1/4oz. Agave Syrup
All ingredients shaken with ice to chill. Strain and serve in your favorite glass with fresh ice, a salt rim and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
No Matcha Guey!
1.5 oz. El Perro Grande Blanco Tequila
1 heaping bar spoon of powdered matcha
.75 oz. Honey
2 oz. preferred milk
Shake and top remainder of glass with frothed milk.
Serving Suggestions
Temperature: Slightly chilled to 60 degrees
Pouring: We recommend pouring from the back of the bottle
Glassware: Riedel Bar Tequila Glass, champagne flute, or Glencairn Glass

1.5 oz. El Perro Grande Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave Syrup
Dash of Ground Cinnamon
All ingredients shaken with ice to chill. Strain and serve over fresh ice and top with a cinnamon stick.
Perras Noches
1.5 oz. El Perro Grande Reposado Tequila
.5 oz. Triple Sec.
.75 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz. Agave
.25 oz. Dragon Fruit Syrup
.5 Bar Spoon- Activated Charcoal
All ingredients shaken with ice to chill. Strain and serve over fresh ice and top with a dragon fruit garnish.
